 How to Enter a Ringtones into your Mobile 

Firstly you need a Nokia Mobile Phone with a built-in composer e.g.. 3210, 3310, 3330 & 5210...etc or look through the "Tones" or "Settings" menus .you can't find this, go to your "Profiles" menu, choose a profile, click "Personalise" and then look through the options for a "Composer". On some phones, this can also be found in "Settings" and then "Tone Settings". 

Choose the Appropriate Ringtone and enter the  "Key press" code as it appears on the web page. E.g., where you see 1, press 1, where you see #, press #..etc. Ignore any symbols other than 0-9 , * and #. When you see a number in a bracket in the key press code, hold that number for a few seconds until a dot appears after it in the composer.

Once All The Key presses have been entered Press Options Select Tempo to change the Tempo and then Play. If the Tune Sounds off key then start again and enter the whole code again.  When it does sound right save it onto your phone and select it as your Ringtone in "Tones" Menu. Also why not send it to a friend if the phone supports SMS This is Usually done in "Composer" by selecting Send.
